A Journey of Self Healing and Awakening

Hi, I’m Marko and for the last 20 years I’ve been working with energy – reiki, shamanic training, and quantum healing hypnosis. I’ve studied many different approaches and sorted out these 3  techniques that resonated with me.

An honest Heads-up - Its not an overnight event, it’s a choice of the approach to life. Life process.

I would say that energy work involving reiki primarily revolves around the life force. Its nature is gentle and permits us access to every other energy system.

Now, I concentrate on few key areas. I hope this will help you become a happier and healthier person. It’s easy and very refreshing.

💪🏽 Physical Body - As a human, this is where you exist; it is your ONLY means of connecting with the material world. Your frame is a wonder of modern science, as it contains both energy and physical receptors, if you remember, it relies on a delicately maintained chemical balance. Tend to it gently.

  • Choose what you eat, extremely selective!! As a best-case scenario, it’s not that simple. To put it mildly, the reason fasting is very common across many religions and philosophies is not simply ‘by pure luck.’

  • Bless your body through movement. Any form will do. Allow the newly gained energy to circulate through your body because of the increased blood flow, and release the old energy through the lymphatic system.

🧠 Your Mind, or Mental Body as you have might heard – Definitely the Perfection. Your mind controls your body and oversees your bodily processes, and at the same time is in permanent contact (don’t confuse conscious and unconscious) with the Ether, always receiving information. As we ex[and our awareness, we get more aware of this connection…and yet, we still can obstruct this with wrong approach to our Physical Body, especially with wrong diet.

🌟Your Energy (-Body) – as the say, “your energy can be felt, but not always seen.” Throughout the day it goes up and down. Often unexplained. If you are not aware of it, it’s the moment when you get easily upset. You can learn to harvest it, to store it and that use it whenever you desire. You can program it to work for your best interes. Even when the energy itself sees a first crack in your attention that might lead to even the smallest downfall, it can get involved.

  • A productive daily routine helps.

  • Meditation helps.

  • Being grateful helps.

  • Requestioning yourself helps.

  • A healthy diet helps (here we are at the Physical body once more).

  • Exercise helps.

🌀Emotions - E(nergy) in Motion. It is The Main Reason We Are Here. To Learn To Control It & Be Aware Of It. And yes, the key phrase is BEING AWARE of it. I am not saying to control those; you CANNOT. Emotions show up and disappear, and many times we got no idea WHY or FROM WHERE… But, we cannot let those emotions TAKE THE BEST OF US. With the help of the same tools we are applying for nurturing our energy body, we can apply for getting in touch with our emotions. E sort of let them exist, but we do not engage in their roller-coaster; we become a humble observers. Hardest thing I ever did on this journey. You manage not to get in the trap of your feelings. Mastering this was deeply challenging for me. Eventually, we become aware of the source of any emotion (well, almost any…) that decides to hunt us down.

Try and grasp with all your focus these three steps if you are at your baby steps. Be sure that You Own These Three Steps if you have moved on and feel more Cool on This Field. I encourage people to shift as fast as they can to deeper levels of thinking, less outlined than these through the learning process of handling these (you never get at the full control…).I assure you, as soon as you grasp the Causal Body and its sophisticated interplay of cause and consequence, everything will begin to make absolute sense.

Than there is Spiritual body or Etheric if you wish. If, or When, you get Astral Projected you use it, that becomes your vehicle to experience that plane.

Once you decide to get on the Dance Floor and dance, you don’t mind the Music. It’s all about the flow and feeling the experience of the music itself.
